SQE主管要按照工厂的目标提高供应商质量能力。该职务主要任务是：
在前期供应商质量工程师（ASQ）和/或项目质量工程师的支持和协助下，审查新外购部件(BOP)的工艺过程
管理出现问题的已有外购件(BOP)的工艺审计，管理供应商的改进行动
收集工厂中所要求的供应商质量业绩指标，定期进行整理汇报
与供应商一起，对问题零件采取及时的纠正措施，确认纠正措施和预防行动的有效性
与工厂采购员一起管理供应商发展计划，与工厂采购员一起正式告知供应商的自我认证状态
只有当项目质量工程师和工厂质量部门验收货物后，批准生产件批准程序(PPAP)，批准ASQ项目过渡文件
管理在厂的供应商服务人员，确保他们执行工厂的HSE规定
管理供应商质量团队，确保团队绩效达成，并持续改进
负责供应商质量团队人员培训、发展相关的行动，并能有效实施行动计划
质量工程师 职位描述：
1.负责组织公司内部产品审核；
2.负责进货产品质量追踪；
3.负责生产过程中在制品和成品的质量控制；
4.负责所有产品的质量状态的管理；
5.负责对不合格品进行控制和管理,行使质量否决权；
6.负责组织和落实跟踪纠正与预防措施；
7.负责组织实施过程和产品质量的持续改进；
8.负责生产过程中各种质量数据的统计和分析；
9.负责就产品质量等问题与顾客进行沟通；
SQE
Responsibility:
1.Open issue tracking and solution related to supplier
2.Supervise quality performance after sop 3 months
3.Claim to supplier due to quality issues
4.Lead annual process assessment from plant side
5.Lead APQP and PPAP to engineering change after sop 3 months
6.Meeting SQ Dept. and Plant KPI of related SQ Function
7.Support Webasto incoming inspection spec align supplier outgoing inspection
8.Continuous improvement at supplier\' site
9.Effective communicate with relative functions including guide supplier side
10.Verify supplier\'s capacity and tooling lifetime
11.Coordinate with ASQE and Purchasing for Supplier sign off Feasibility report and Quality agreement to PPAP of Engineering change
12.Align supplier sourcing decision with SQ team
13.Know how build and knowledge database
14.Support rational suggestion and VA/VE activity
15.Lean manufacturing and 6 sigma apply for company and EHS improvement
