Work close with the engineering and production teams to provide technical & quality support from design stage to mass production. Work on delivering NPI and Standard application Specify, project manage and deliver the required equipment to allow for mass production Report outstanding issue and project performance every week
Requirements:1. Require mechanical engineering degree (optional) or at least five years of process & quality engineering experience at a manufacturing factory
2. Good at using quality tools and problem solving skill such as FMEA/8D/PDCA etc
3. Able to use CAD design tools and able to design gauges and fixtures (preferably solidworks).
4. Would be good (but not critical) if has PLC programming experience.
5. Good communication skill and effective team work
6. Flexible to travel on business.
7. Good English skill on written and spoken
8. Able to work under pressure and challenge.
